Mr. McDonald is admitted in the State of Arizona, California, and the District of Columbia, and received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 2007 and was hired through the U.S. Attorney General Honors Program, where he clerked for two years in the Immigration Courts in Los Angeles and Miami.  Over the course of the following six years, Mr. McDonald worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation, in Washington, D.C., litigating appeals in federal courts of appeals throughout the country.  In May 2015, Mr. McDonald relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, and entered private practice.  His current practice focuses on family- and employment-based immigration, and also includes federal and state civil litigation as well as bankruptcy.
